The Queen

The queen is the most poweful piece in the game, but each player starts with only one. The queen starts next to the king on alternating tile colors

The queen can move both horizontally and vertically without limit unless blocked. Think of it as a combination of the rook and bishop

Much like the bishop, when the queen is moving across the center of the rosette, it can choose which path to follow. The movement options make the queen a very powerful piece in three player chess
